CUSTOMER AND STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

We are currently planning our investment priorities and services for the pipeline to 2025. This includes our safety and reliability performance, services and prices.

Five Year Plan for the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline (2021- 2025)

In December 2019 we will submit our Final Plan to the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA), Western Australia’s independent economic regulator.

Our objective is to develop a plan that delivers for our current and future customers, is underpinned by effective stakeholder engagement and is capable of being accepted by our customers and stakeholders.

In July 2018 we released our draft engagement approach. We consulted widely on our proposed engagement approach, with feedback used to inform our final engagement plan which is included in our Stage 1 Report.

We held a series of five Shipper Roundtable meetings between October 2018 and March 2019 to ensure our plans are shaped in the long-term interests of customers.

Draft Plan for Consultation

We have now released our Draft Plan for consultation for a six week period closing 28 June 2019. A Draft Plan fact sheet is also available to provide a snapshot of our planning process and key highlights on how the plan will deliver for customers.

You can submit feedback online or send an email to kristen.pellew@agig.com.au to set up a meeting.
