Operating Services Agreement

Under the terms of an Operating Services Agreement executed with DBP in October 2004, Alinta Asset Management (AAM) undertakes the role of asset manager of the pipeline, providing operations, maintenance and construction services to DBP, as well as support functions such as Finance, Legal, Human Resources and IT support. AAM is now jointly owned by Babcock & Brown Infrastructure (BBI) and Singapore Power International (SPI), and trades in Western Australia as WestNet Energy.
