Ashburton to Onslow Pipeline:
In July 2014, DDG was awarded a contract to build, own, and operate a pipeline that will deliver 9.6TJ/d from compressor station two on the DBNGP to a new Horizon Power operated Onslow Power Station.
The pipeline will utilise the existing 87km, 6” Tubridgi Pipeline (PL-16) and a new 24 km, 4” pipeline and will be operated under an initial 20 year Gas Transportation and maintenance contract with Horizon Power.
Horizon Power is the foundation shipper under an initial 20 year 100% take-or-pay gas transportation services contract with two extension options of five year each. The project is expected to achieve practical completion in June 2016.
