While DBP offers standard terms and conditions for transportation of gas on the DBNGP, we recognise that prospective shippers have unique requirements and look forward to the opportunity to discuss individual needs.

Attached below are the standard documents to review for consideration before approaching DBP for gas transportation services. DBP encourages you to read through the documents below before contacting us.

While the DBNGP is a covered pipeline under the Gas Access Code. (Details of the Access Arrangement approved by the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) can be found at the Economic Regulation Authority website.) the existing full haul capacity of the DBNGP is fully contracted to shippers under contracts which sit outside the Gas Access Code. The T1 Standard Shipper Contract Service used by the majority of existing shippers is a firm full haul service. Subject to viability, DBP is committed to expanding the DBNGP to provide additional capacity for this service as shippers request it.

While the Access Arrangement sets out reference services, there is no spare capacity to provide the regulated "T1 Reference Service".
